We call bill to party on all international orders and or they must make contact with us to arrange shipping.
 

Return Policy

We will be as fair as possible in our return policies.  Merchandise purchased within 30 days is returnable if it is unused, in the original package and in new condition for your choice of 1) store credit  2) equal exchange or 3) refund less 15% restocking fee.  In any of the three choices, shipping will not be reimbursed or refunded.  Please contact us at 1-888-DIVE-MIAMI (1-888-348-3642) to receive a return authorization (RA) number.  This RA number is mandatory and should be clearly marked on the package.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  All exchanges must be shipped via UPS.  

Who are we?

Tarpoon Dive Center is our cyberspace name and the name in which we do business on the web.  Our retail store located at 300 Alton Road #110, Miami Beach, FL 33139 has been in business over 8 years and is operated under our corporate name Tarpoon Lagoon; our store located at 3200 Palm Avenue, Hialeah  FL 33012 has been in business over 53 years and is operated under our corporate name Tarpoon Skin Diving Center.
   
Our stores have been serving the residents and visitors of South Florida for over 53 years; the Tarpoon Skin Diving Center is the oldest dive store in Florida.  We are open 10AM - 6PM EST 7 days/week 363 days/year and many times you can find us here late into the night.  So if you're an insomniac or workaholic, give a call.

Our Commitment

We always strive to stock the best products from the top manufactures in the industry.  We spend many sleepless nights checking our inventory and making sure we don’t run out of the stuff our customers want.  However, we are dependent on others and sometimes items are unavailable no matter how hard we try to get them.  If an item is out of stock, or we are unable to ship your order within 48 hours we will notify you with the unfortunate news.  We hate telling folks “we don’t have it”, so we will always strive to offer an alternate product to meet your needs and budget.  With a stock as large as ours, we can usually find a suitable alternate. 

Call in and Mail Orders

If you prefer to place your order with someone who has a pulse rather than through a machine, please feel free to call us at 1-888-DIVE-MIAMI (1-888-348-3642).  We’d love to talk to you and will give you the personal assistance you need to choose the right products. You may also place your order by mail by printing your buy screen with the items you want, totaled with shipping and enclose a money order made payable to Tarpoon Lagoon.  You can mail your order to: Tarpoon Lagoon, 300 Alton Road #110, Miami Beach, FL 33139.  Payment by money order will insure immediate shipment upon receipt of the money order.  If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will return your money order immediately.  Please include all necessary contact information including a day-time phone number. Personal checks are not an accepted form of payment.

Credit Cards

Credit card processing on our site is the safest possible on the Internet.  For your added security, we use 128bit SSL encryption.  Your browser will have a “pad lock” Icon or a “key” icon at the bottom of the screen.  When a secure connection is made, the lock will appear closed or the key will appear in one piece.  If you do not see this icon, your browser may not support this advanced level secure connection.  Our credit card processing is the safest possible today.  However, if you prefer not to use our online store, and would like to pay with a credit card verbally, please call us at 1-888-DIVE-MIAMI (1-888-348-3642) 10AM - 6PM EST, every day.

Whether your order is processed online or verbally, your credit card will not be charged until the order is shipped.  Your charge will be the total of the item(s), shipping and tax (Only applicable to orders shipped in Florida). There are absolutely no other extra charges imposed.

Delivery
All orders are shipped Ground Service UPS.  Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.  We reserve the right to refuse service.
