Tarpoon Lagoon inc. will gladly refund the full purchase price less shipping charges (this also includes orders with FREE Shipping) for any product sent back for refund within 30 days of purchase, we will allow 60 days to return for store credit. All returns for refund or store credit must be new and unused, and include the original packaging and literature. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please specify which product you want in exchange. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return your merchandise simply fill out our Return Merchandise (RM) form included in your shipment, package the items securely and include the RM form along with a copy of the original invoice, and send it prepaid and insured to:

You should use a traceable method for shipping your merchandise back to us such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL, USPS, etc. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
